He got me set up in an easy-to-use app that I can access at any time with written fitness plans. I open the app and the entire plan is there for me so I don't even have to think about it.   • “I started working with Coach Scott when I asked my physical therapist for a recommendation for a trainer who I could work with on my own. He immediately suggested Scott, and so I reached out to him, and I'm so glad I did. I've never been much of a gym guy, and don't know really what to do or not to do, and thankfully, Scott met me where I was, with no judgment whatsoever. He approached my lack of knowledge with a kind and friendly optimism, with lots of encouragement thrown in for good measure. He's the perfect guy for the person who's intimidated by gym culture, like I have been in the past--plus, I've seen results! Since Christmas, I've lost nearly 15 pounds and gone down a pants size. (I'm writing this in the middle of February). After just 12 sessions, I can already tell I'm getting stronger, am more limber and flexible, and with his help, I'm learning to really enjoy "working out," which is something this fifty-something year old guy never thought would happen.
